In these directories, you will find the files that you need to install 
  Microsoft Windows ME.

(1) Download "Full CD" .zip

or 

(2) Download "Small Files" .zip's


Note: You do not need to download both (1) and (2)

After downloading :-

* extract all files from all .zips to the same directory on drive D:\Install\WinME\*.* (remember to "restore paths") 

	d:\Install\WinME
		\add-ons
		\autorun
		\cdsample
		\drivers
		\sbsi
		\tools
		\win9x


* format your c: drive (format c:\)

* run d:\install\WinME\Setup.exe to install windows

* install a cd-burner program such as Nero

* make a bootable cd, to run setup.exe
