THE KINGDOM OF OCEANICA
The Kingdom of Oceanica is an independant nation-state, previously known as International Waters.
The Kingdom of Oceanica is the preserve of the King of Oceanica, persona non grata, darren john dwyer.
The Kingdom of Oceanica is also the preserve of independent citizens of the Kingdom of Oceanica.
The Kingdom of Oceanica has only a few primary rules of conduct :-
of goods and services transported through the Kingdoms territories...
entire lifetime of personal resources to the Kingdom of Oceanica.
any citizen who wishes to know that information.

The Kingdom of Oceanica has no income, no means of supporting an army or policing it's territories...
if people are unwilling to pay a 10% tax on the transportation of goods and services through it's territories...
This is a request to independant nation-states, and other entities, worldwide.
Any independant nation-state or entity that would like to defend the rights
and freedoms of the Kingdom of Oceanica, then please act freely to implement
your proposals for a peace keeping and policing contingent, throughout my territories...
I am willing to trade pure advanced knowledge, such as a cure-for-death...
real-world immortality... the so-called 'Fountain Of Youth'.

The Kingdom of Oceanica is a free nation, complete with free citizens.
Anyone who wishes to become a citizen of Oceanica can do so just by choosing to obey the laws of Oceanica.
If you would like to become a citizen of Oceanica, then you must agree to the following rules :-
All citizens of Oceanica must agree to equal human fundamental rights and responsibilities.
And,
(1) All citizens of Oceanica must repurpose their life to improving the Kingdom of Oceanica...
(2) All citizens of Oceanica must donate their entire life's wealth to the Kingdom of Oceanica...
(3) All citizens of Oceanica, including the King, receive 1 share of all the entire wealth of Oceanica...
(4) The Kingdom of Oceanica, receives 1 share of the entire wealth of Oceanica, to administer the Kingdom...
Additionally, all citizens of the Kingdom of Oceanica are 100% free to do whatever they want,
with the only restriction being that all citizens of the Kingdom of Oceanica must not hurt anyone or anything else
(or at least minimize harm to all things that exist) while they are 100% free to choose their own destiny.
If you do indeed wish to become a citizen of the Kingdom of Oceanica, then that is your choice, just make the choice for yourself.
There is nobody anywhere who can stop you becoming a citizen of the Kingdom of Oceanica, if that is your choice.
If you agree to the rules of the Kindom of Oceanica and if you choose of your own free will to support Oceanica,
then that is great. You have made a fantastic choice, and Welcome To The Kingdom Of Oceanica.
Please join me, be literally free of all the global or local laws of a primitive global human society,
the laws and rules of past history, and begin a new history, starting now, where things can actually get better
instead of becoming more complex, more restrictive and irrelevant to the future of humanity.
Again, as stated before, the rules for citizens of Oceanica are simple.
Do whatever you want, as long as you don't hurt anyone or anything in the process of doing whatever you want.
