all territories previously known as International Waters, and named these waters the Kingdom of Oceanica...

Oceanica is an independant nation-state, previously known as International Waters.
Oceanica is the preserve of Darren John Dwyer, a.k.a. Jesus Christ II, a.k.a. Fred, reincarnated, the King.
Oceanica is also the preserve of various invited dignitaries and citizens of the Kingdom of Oceanica.

THE BACKGROUND

In the year 2001, on 1st April, I publicly and legally claimed all International Waters as my own,
as is my birthright as a global citizen of Planet Earth, the first person to ever do so.

AND, I did it all under the spotlight of the International Geopolitical Community, on the steps of the
Sydney Opera House, In Australia, while the Governments of Australia, USA, etc. were monitoring and recording me with their
elite espionage agencies... My claims are recorded and preserved for posterity...

As such :-

In the year 2007, I have publicily established the independant nation-state known as 'Oceanica',
or 'The Kingdom Of Oceanica' and it's territories include all waters previously known as 'international waters'.

By the year 2021, I have continued my efforts to establish my Kingdom of Oceanica, and the international community
has barely ever heard any of my claims, as nobody will talk about them in the normal public arena, and instead the
international public community (such as the media) remains utterly silent about my claims and the international community continues to
exploit my personal Kingdom for their own greed, which is, and always will be, completely illegal under common international laws.

THE RULES

Oceanica has only a few primary rules of conduct :-

(1) Travel through Oceanica is currently taxed at a rate of 10% of the value of goods and services transported.
(2) It is illegal to harvest fish in Oceanica.
(3) It is illegal to drill for oil in Oceanica.
(4) It is illegal to dump rubbish, including excess CO2, into Oceanica.
(5) At this time, It is legal to become a citizen of Oceanica, for all those people so invited.
(6) It is illegal for non-citizens of Oceanica to stay in Oceanica for more than (6) months of each year.
(7) All rules as per 'heavenly paradise'... no murder, no rape, no torture, no lying, no cheating, no harm done to citizens.

The penalty for ignoring these laws is imprisonment or death.

MY REQUEST

Oceanica has no income, no means of supporting an army or policing it's territories, simply because the
international community refuses to pay the Kingdom what rightfully belongs to the Kingdom of Oceanica.

Oceanica is owed a considerable amount of money by the international community, approximately US$800 Trillion as of 2023,
a community who refuses to acknowledge or ratify my public claims, all these years later... even though they know everything
about me, and my plans... etc...

This is a request to independant nation-states, and other entities, worldwide.

Any independant nation-state or entity that would like to defend the rights and freedoms of Oceanica,
then please feel free to contact me with your proposals.

In return for a peace keeping and policing contingent, I am willing to trade pure advanced knowledge.

For those who help me, and ratify my claims in the international public arena,
i will share The Knowledge of how to live forever - the so-called 'Fountain Of Youth'.

All others will die (or will require re-education).

A WARNING

A Warning to all non-citizens of Oceanica who seek to escape the laws of humanity by living and residing in Oceanica.

Oceanica is an independant nation-state.

I am King of Oceanica.

To These People :-

You are currently trespassing on my personal property.

You have two choices :-

(1) Go back from whence you came
(2) Become a citizen of Oceanica, which requires you to donate all your assets and 100% of your
annual income to the Kingdom of Oceanica, and you must agree to be an entirely good person
and stop being a malevolent person, and become a benevolent person for the rest of your life.

Thats it.
There are your choices.

Make your decision.
Or I will enforce my rights.

The Kingdom of Oceanica is a free nation, complete with free citizens.

Anyone who wishes to become a citizen of Oceanica can do so just by choosing to obey the laws of Oceanica.
If you would like to become a citizen of Oceanica, then you must agree to the following rules :-

(1) All citizens of Oceanica must repurpose their life to defending the Kingdom of Oceanica.
(2) All citizens of Oceanica must donate their entire life's wealth to the Kindom of Oceanica.
(3) All citizens of Oceanica, including the King, receive 1 share of all the entire wealth of Oceanica.
(4) The Kingdom of Oceanica, recieves 1 share of the entire wealth of Oceanica, to administer the Kingdom.

Additionally, all citizens of the Kingdom of Oceanica are 100% free to do whatever they want,
with the only restriction being that all citizens of the Kingdom of Oceanica must not hurt anyone or anything else
(or at least minimize harm to all things that exist) while they are 100% free to choose their own destiny.

If you do indeed wish to become a citizen of the Kingdom of Oceanica, then that is your choice, just make the choice for yourself.
There is nobody anywhere who can stop you becoming a citizen of the Kingdom of Oceanica, if that is your choice.

If you agree to the rules of the Kindom of Oceanica and if you choose of your own free will to support Oceanica,
then that is great. You have made a fantastic choice, and Welcome To The Kingdom Of Oceanica.

Please join me, be literally free of all the global or local laws of a primitive global human society,
the laws and rules of past history, and begin a new history, starting now, where things can actually get better
instead of becoming more complex, more restrictive and irrelevant to the future of humanity.

Again, as stated before, the rules for citizens of Oceanica are simple.
Do whatever you want, as long as you don't hurt anyone or anything in the process of doing whatever you want.

Anyways, thanks if you are going to choose to join me, it will be interesting if you ever speak to me,
and enjoy your citizenship in the Kingdom of Oceanica is that is what you agree to.
